Dan FX Terms of Service & Risk Disclosure

These terms apply to every product sold on this store: free and paid downloads, trading indicators and other trading software, mentorship and access to the Dan FX community. By buying, downloading or using any Dan FX product you agree to these terms.

1. Education only. Not financial advice

Everything Dan FX provides is for educational purposes only. Dan FX is not an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and is not registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Nothing we sell or share is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or personal financial advice. Speak to a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

2. Risk disclosure

Trading forex, CFDs, indices, commodities and crypto carries a high risk of losing money, and most retail traders lose money. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and you may lose more than your deposit depending on your broker. Past performance, including any results shown by Dan FX, its members or its tools, does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely.

3. Trading indicators and software

Indicators and other trading tools are analysis aids. They do not guarantee profits, accuracy or any particular result, and they are not trading signals.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the tool on your own trading accounts. It does not transfer ownership.
You may not copy, share, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute any Dan FX software or its code.
You are responsible for checking that the tool works with your charting platform, broker and device before relying on it. Updates by third-party platforms may affect how a tool works.
Tools are provided "as is". Dan FX may update, change or discontinue a tool at any time.

4. Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout. They are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or re-uploaded. Refunds for digital products are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Mentorship and community

Mentorship, live sessions and community access require you to read and sign the Dan FX Member Agreement before access is given. Trades shown in sessions are Dan's own trades, shown to teach, and are not signals to copy. Dan FX may remove any member who breaks the Member Agreement or the community rules.

6. Your responsibilities

By purchasing you confirm that you are 18 years or older, that you make every trading decision yourself, and that you take full responsibility for your own results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dan FX is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or other damages arising from the use of its products, software, education or community. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Dan FX for the product concerned.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase and manage your account, and we process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Dan FX may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
